Charisma Cardz Challenge #7 - Sketch

Morning all

We have got a fantastic sektch for you today over at Charisma Cardz Challenges today.

Here is my card:

Recipe:

• little headed roses from internet
• white card from hobbycraft
• pink paper from create & craft
• sentiment done on the computer
• scalloped edge nestibilities
  

This isn't how the card was meant to be...I was going to fill then white circle completely with roses, but as I started sticking them through the card, they started to make a heart shape so I just kinda moulded it that way - thats why the heart isn't dead centre!!

Softpencil Thursday

LOL - yep, I know it says 'Thursday' and its now Friday - I put the wrong date on my schedule!!

Right, so this week we had been given the most cutest image 'Be Mine' . We were also asked to create a spring card. Never done one of them before so that was a good challenge!!

• heart paper from stash (had it so long that I don't know where it is from!)

Hope you like my first attempt at this card - was quite surprised how easy it is to make - now I just have to try and sort out an envelope for it!!

Charisma Cardz Challenge #6 - Mens Cards

WOW what a FANTASTIC week we had last week again over at Charisma! It was great visiting everyones blogs to see what wonderful creations you came up with.

This week we have, what can be classed as a 'harder' style challenge....

MENS CARDS!!

Now, I struggle always doing mens/boys cards...so its good to be pushed to doing one!!

I have made this card for me dad...we are always joking around that he is getting old...so this is ideal!!

A Quiet Few Weeks

Hi all

Just wanted to apologise ahead of time for the lack of posts that are not going to be happening on my blog for the next two weeks.

My parents have come over for their very first time in Dubai and I have decided not to do any crafting whilst they are here as I haven't seen them for nearly a year!

Will be back with some blog candy though to celebrate my huge hits!

Softpencil Thursday

Hi again!

What an absolutely gorgeous image we got given today from Softpencil! Its called 'Two Cute Musicians'!

This weeks challenge was a recipe of 1, 2 & 3 of anything we wanted, so I used:

1 ribbon, 2 embellishments (frame and ribbon slider), and 3 diff coloured card.
