Top Tip #23 - Inserts & Bling It On Challenge

Hi everyone

Bit late today in getting my post up - Last Minute Leanne I should be called!!

Anyway, this week we have a tutorial on doing inserts in your cards - I don't know about you, but I never decorate inside my card. Maybe I need to start! We also have 5 prizes to give away this week!

Top Tip Tuesday #22 - Sewing on Cards & 'All Stitched Up' Challenge

Hope you are having a nice Saturday. I am bogged down with so many Valentine card orders, that I started making cards that I wasn't liking...so I took a step back from the orders and decided to make the kind of valentines card that I would like.

I have also finally mastered how to make those bulky envelopes for cards that have embellishments on them. I much prefer making these than making boxes!! I am working my way through making templates for all the sized cards that I have.

I have never made a heart shaped easel card before and was quite surprised at how easy it was and trust me, if I can do it, ANYONE can do it!

Feeling all Fluffy!

Evening all!

So, I found these fluffy hearts in my local supermarket and thought they were ideal for a Valentines card. So chose a nice and simple design and voila - a straight forward card!

For a change I am not putting this in for a challenge....tooooo tired today!

Roar!!

Hi everyone!

Well can you believe it - the sandstorm is STILL going on here - its terrible. You go outside and get a mouthful of sand...hideous!! However, its given me some great time to get crafting!

This is a card that I had 15 mins to knock up for my son to take to a party that I had forgotten about...I always like to put the childs name on a card, as I feel it makes it more special....especially when its an unusual name like this one!!
