Dragon!

Hi! 

Hope everyone is having a better weekend than me...been the doctors this morning and I have broncitis and a throat infection...feel like a big pile of plop!!

Whilst I am sitting here, thought I would show you a birthday card I made this week.  I following the fabulous tutorial over at Top Tip Tuesday, where our Magical, Mystical and Fantasy challenge is still running for a few days.

 ***oOoooOOooooh, you know, as I was looking at challenges to put my card in, I came across someone who had basically taken an idea of one of my valentines cards and COPIED it!!  WTF is that all about?  Absolutely infuriates me.  I wouldn't mind if she had said where she got her idea from but to just COPY??  HIDEOUS.  I know she has seen my card as she regularly enters my challenge blog.  grrrrr.***




 I have had these papers and this 3D shaker dragon embellishment for years!!  Thought it was about time to use them!!

Whooops I'm late!!

Hi! 

Whoooppsss, I'm late with my Top Tip Tuesday post!!  Aaaaaah!!

Who has Caught our Eye??

Hi everyone 

 Hows your day going?  Mine is not a good day...well, they say things happen in threes...been up all night with my little son, then our water pump broke and we now have a huge leak in our bathroom...LOL all in less than 24 hours...the repair man was meant to be here over 4 hours ago........grrrr!!

Last one...!!!

Evening!

Ok...so I am officially bored of making valentines cards...I 'hope' this is the last one!!

Nice and very easy.  I also loved the fact that I have finally used the shell heart that I have had since my jewellery making days about 20 years ago!!  LOL - I never chuck stuff out so that had to come with me to Dubai!!  Can you also see the little 'Love' sentiment in the corner - how cute!!

Love

Evening! 

Hows your day going?  Only one day till the weekend - thank goodness!!  Seriously can't wait for a lie in!
I wanted to make a valentines card for my hubby that wasn't red...I also finally got to use my Tim Holtz hearts die...love love love it!!

Recipe: Tim Holtz Heart Wings die, metal letters I've had for years, glitter card, DVWV Once Upon a Time paper, some other paper I can't remember the name of!! Extra thick embossing powder
