Hello Kitty!

Good morning all!!

Another bright and extremely hot here today, although I am quite cold due to the air con!!

Here is a cute graduation card I made for my friend to give her daughter. I have only recently got the Hello Kitty cricut cartridges - managed to use them once before they were packed up to be shipped :o(

They are absolutely fantastic!! I can't wait to get hold of them and play around. I got both the Hello Kitty shapes and the Hello Kitty Font cartridges (not opened the font one yet). Anybody got any fab ideas/creations to be done with them, then please let me know.

I'm so happy!!!

Hiya

Had to share this with you fellow crafters, as my husband and kids don't appreciate how excited I am..!!

I have found a craft shop in Dubai!! WOW - sells everything and looks absolutely fantastic!! To top it all off, they do classes!! YAY YAY YAY!!!

Even more good news is that my credit card came today - now...isn't that a fab coincidence?!!!

Cor, its hot...!!

Morning all!

Well it is VERY hot here in Abu Dhabi today - 42 deg c. Staying in!!

Since it was a hot day, thought I would show you a card that I made for my husband's aunty who loves doing her garden then lying in her hammock with a glass of vino when she is finished (she lives in Italy, so she has nice weather!!).


Recipe:

• Flowers for Poundland (huge flowers I pulled apart)
• Brads from Dovecraft
• Papers from ebay

Also, just wanted to say WOW - I never expected to get so many followers after putting on my blog candy, I am seriously shocked!! Thank you so much for following me, and once my craft stuff is off the ship, I shall start making cards etc that I am really proud of to start showing you.

Ribbon Flowers - my fave!

Morning all you lovely crafters!!

How are you on this lovely day! Yes, I can finally see some sun coming through the storm...visibility is getting better thankfull!!

This card I made for my sister. I absolutely lurve doing ribbon flowers, I think they just look so nice! I am still undecided as to whether I should have added more detail on the front - what do you think?

I love these Feet!

Morning all!

Well the sandstorm is still going on here in Abu Dhabi - apparently its going to be going later today hopefully! I miss my view!

Anyway, as I can't craft, I thought I would put some cards on here that I made before the move - there are quite a few so will be spreading them over the next week or so.

This one I made for my friend that wanted a card for triplets - but didn't want it 'slushy' as she put it, but it had to be modern..!!

She loved it thankfully, and I love the little feet!

Greetings from Abu Dhabi!

Hello all!

Well, as you can see I have internet...

Can't believe that we have been here, in Abu Dhabi for a week. Its absolutely stunning!

We are going to be moving to Dubai in sometime in August, which will be fab as that is where all my craft stuff is finding its way too! I can't believe that I still have so long before I can get my hands on it all.

I am going to be posting some pics on here of cards that I have made but never put on my blog, just to keep it a bit interesting for all you lovely people who take the time to come and blog hop.

Bye Bye for Now!

Hello all

Well, the time has come for me to say goodbye for now.

We are moving to Dubai next Wednesday (22nd), and I am going to be without internet for probably about 2 months *sob*. Thats bad enough but I am also going to be without my crafting stuff for 6 weeks! *major sob*

I promise that when I get back up and running I am going to be a much better blogger and crafter (hopefully with a crafting room, fingers crossed).

Bit of news...

Morning all

Thought I should give you a reason as to my useless amount of blogging recently. Me and the family are moving to Dubai!!

We are going in about 6-ish weeks so very manic in my household! Selling as much as possible so that we can start all afresh over there.

I hope there are craft shops over there...or hope british companies will post out there lol!!

If anyone lives out there and has any advice, it would be appreciated!

Just put my gorgoeus Jeep Grand Cherokee up for sale - I love that car :o(

This week I decided not to make a card but a notepad holder. My lovely friend, and very talented DT member at Charisma, Sally, sent me one of these as a gift with instructions on how to make it.
