For the Boys!

Morning all!

Yep, its Thursday again, which can only mean a new challenge over at Charisma! This weeks challenge is called:

FOR THE BOYS

Yep, make a card for the boys/men in your life!! This is the birthday card I made for hubby!

Recipe: Making Memories card blank, Papermania large brad, K&Co papers, Rubons

Liverpool Lou (Anne) said...: Hiya Leanne ;-) Love the card you made for OH and aren't you good using nice paper on the inside too :-) The hessian flower I cut using Tim Holt's Tattered Florals die - but it was a bit of a nightmare. 3 of the petals were fine but the one with the slim petals almost fell apart if I'd glued it to a paper petal straight away it would've been fine. It's just the nature of the hessian one petal had come apart and to save too many bits falling off all the petals I painted them with watered down PVA but this caused the pesky petal to disntegrate I managed very carefully to glue a paper petal onto the back. I'd made one the day before but had painted it with acrylic paint which had held the petal together :-/ Sorry for the long explanation and I know I put it in my post but it's just in case you wanted to try one yourself.
